Terms of Service & Usage Agreements

By accessing or using the Health Align platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms govern your use of our pharmacy management software and related services.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All activities under your account (including staff activities) are your sole responsibility.

Legal Compliance

You must comply with all local pharmacy regulations, drug licensing laws, and data protection requirements in your jurisdiction.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform.
  • Use the platform to store or process illegal, harmful, or fraudulent data.
  • Circumvent any branch limits or licensing restrictions.
  • Share your premium master login outside your authorized management team.

2. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, Health Align does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for any business loss due to downtime or network issues.

3. Term & Termination

Health Align reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to settle dues within 15 days of the billing date.
