Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day fully-featured free trial to ensure Health Align meets your business needs before any payment is made.

Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable after the payment processing window of 24 hours. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next month's billing.
Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a pro-rated refund if requested within the first 30 days of the subscription start. A 10% processing fee will apply.

How to Cancel?

You can cancel your subscription directly from the Pharmacy Settings > Billing dashboard. Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Hardware Refunds

Health Align is a software-only provider. Any hardware (printers, scanners, PCs) purchased from third-party vendors are subject to that specific vendor's return policy.
